Our basic selection includes the best native groceries & foods, but we are continuously adding new local shops and home based food business to our platform.

In which areas do you deliver?

Currently we have signed up with shops that can deliver in Croydon, Greater London. We are constantly growing our network and delivery area, so please follow us on social media to stay informed.

What are the delivery hours?

The delivery hours adapt to those of the shops, which means in general from 10:00 until 22:00, but you can place your orders at any time 24/7.

How much is the delivery fee?

The delivery fee starts from £1.50 and varies by distance. In case of extra size orders additional fee may apply.

How long does it take to receive my order?

We try to deliver within the timeslots chosen by you while placing the order. However, sometimes drivers may take longer due to circumstances out of their control.

How can I order?

We take orders online on our app. Please make sure to give a valid and exact delivery address when you order.

Do you also take order on social media?

No.

Is there a minimum order for delivery?

The minimum order for delivery varies from shop to shop. Please visit the info tab of the shop you wish to place the order.

Can I only order for today, or also in advance?

You can order 7 days in advance depending on the availability of timeslot.

Can I Collect the order from the store?

Yes. You can place the order and collect from the store in 30 minutes. Please choose the option ‘Pickup’ while placing the order.

Can I check the order on delivery?

Sure! In fact, we ask and advise you to check the order before signing the delivery note. This way you make sure you received everything you ordered.

Can I return items or an entire order?

Of course! You can return the products right then and there if you are not satisfied with the selection. Please check our Terms and Conditions for further details, or contact the seller directly if you have specific questions.

Is there any difference in the price when ordering with you compared with the price in the shop?

How can I pay?

You can pay securely with all major credit/debit cards. We also accept Apple & Android Pay.

What if the product I ordered is not available?

In this case the seller will get in touch with you to chose a replacement product or process a refund for the unavailable product.
